ok, the driver should be ok ! When you search in google for ATI 4870 Crash you will find that 50 % of all users have the same problem like me and the only solution is to update this damn graphiccard bios !
LOL
The guy in Computershop said updating the motherboard is easy and nothing can happen and updating the graphiccard bios is dangerous and i'll destroy my graficcard ..... i knew he was a nooooob !!! |

Lets hack.....
Stuff to Download
- HP Flash Tool
- Win XP DoS Files
- Your Bios Stuff
Download and install No. 1 from the list above.
Download and extract the files from the zip archive No.2 to a folder like C:\Dos Files
Download your Bios Files and extract them to another folder (No.3)
Plugin your USB Key
Start the HP Flash Tool
Browse with ... Button to the location where u extracted the Files from No.2
Just Press Start
After some seconds it will apear a pop up with the result infos.
Click ok and close the HP Flash Tool.
Open now a explorer window.
Go to the location where you extrated the WINXP Dos Files from No.2.
Mark and copy all of them.
Go now to the Drive of your USB Key.
There should be 3 hidden files. The default settings on XP and Vista is to dont show them.
Paste now the files via right click.
When you where asked if u want to override some files say "NO"
Copy now all the files of your Bios to the USB Key.
Reboot your PC
If u have a special key to get the Boot Order then hit it.
When not u must change in the bios the settings to boot from a USB Key.
When its all done and you can boot from the USB Key update the Bios how its explained in the info of your manufacture.
Good Luck

_________________

Perfekt appu ... habs schon fast geschafft, super Anleitung !!!!

_________________
